Design and Engineering
At SUJU FORGE, we have a complete Design and Engineering team dedicated to put the products on paper as per customer’s requirements. We use the latest versions of CAD/CAM software to design and engineer our products as per the customer’s specifications. The designs are accepted and passed after attaining appropriate approvals from the customers so that there is not even a slight chance of errors when it comes to manufacturing.
Tool and Die Manufacturing
SUJU FORGE has a state of the art in-house Tool and Die Manufacturing facility. Our tool shop includes high precision CNC, EDM, wire cut and high speed machines for machining of Tool and Dies.
Forging Facility
The forging facility at SUJU FORGE forms the backbone of our manufacturing processes. Hence, we maintain a set of 4 fully functional Open-Die Drop Forge Hammers to manufacture all kinds of hand tools.
Heat Treatment Facility
The strength of the tools is ensured by the heat treatment that has been given to it. At SUJU FORGE, we do not compromise with this phase of manufacturing therefore we have installed a fully Automatic Electronically Controlled Hardening and Tempering Furnace to ensure the perfect hardness and strength of the tools. Our Heat Treatment Facility makes us the 5th in Punjab (INDIA) to own a fully Automatic Electronically Controlled Hardening and Tempering Furnace.
Processing & Machining Facility
At SUJU FORGE, operations like shot blasting, trimming, punching, broach, barreling, gauging, belt polishing, vibrator cutting and polishing, straightening, inspection, electroplating are taken care of by our this facility. Our confidence and skilled workforce behind this facility is the key to our commitment for perfect finish and dimensional precision.
Quality Check/ Inspection
At SUJU FORGE, we care for the quality and thus inspection of the goods is carried out at regular intervals. Our well catered laboratory is capable enough to carry these stringent tests and make sure no piece is passed without approval of our strictly laid quality standards.
